1. Is the Internet Service Provider (Cogeco/Bell) active yet?

(Note: I need an active internet connection to set up your devices. If the modem isn't installed yet, we should schedule for after your activation date.)

​2. Is all the equipment (computers, TVs, printers) already on-site?

(Note: Since I focus on setup and connections, I just need to confirm the boxes are in the building so I can get to work immediately.)

​3. Do you have the necessary power bars and cables?

(Note: I carry small supplies like zip ties, but you will need to provide the power strips and HDMI/Ethernet cables. Let me know if you need me to bring any specific cables for an extra fee.)
