SERVICE POLICY:
Pricing & Payment: Pricing covers Labor & Installation Services only.
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service (accepted via Cash, E-Transfer, or Credit Card).
Monthly Subscriptions: Optional support packages (VIP or Pro Maintenance) are billed separately on a recurring 30-day cycle. Subscription fees are due at the start of each service month. Cancellation requires 7 days' notice.
Service Duration: Time estimates are based on standard service conditions. If a session extends significantly beyond the booked time due to complex issues or additional requests, extra labor may be billed in 30-minute increments. We will always consult with you before proceeding past the estimated time.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing all major hardware (TVs, Routers, Cameras, Phones).
Included Materials: Standard installation supplies (Velcro ties, mounting tape, fasteners) are included in the package price.
Additional Hardware: Specialized items (such as long-range cables, power strips, or adapters) will be billed separately if not provided by the client.
Supply Run Service: If a technician is required to leave the job site to purchase missing supplies or hardware to complete the work, a flat $25.00 Convenience Fee will be added to the invoice to cover travel time and fuel.
